Shipping Charges

Inside Dhaka: ৳80

Outside Dhaka: ৳150

Shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout.

Order Processing & Preparation Time

Unstitched Dresses: Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

Stitched Dresses: Stitched dresses are tailored exclusively for you upon confirmation. We require at least 10 working days for stitching, finishing, and quality checking before dispatch.

Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time (After Dispatch)

Please note that the delivery times mentioned below are counted after your parcel has been dispatched from our facility, not from the order placement date.

Inside Dhaka

  • 2–3 Business Days after dispatch

Outside Dhaka

  • 3–4 Business Days after dispatch

For example: A stitched dress will require 10 working days for preparation + 2–4 business days for delivery. So the total time from order confirmation will be approximately 12–14 working days.

Delivery times may be extended during Eid, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or courier-related delays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is only available throughout Dhaka city.

Please keep the exact payment ready whenever possible to help ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Order Confirmation

For security purposes, our team may contact you to verify your order before dispatch.

Orders that cannot be confirmed after multiple contact attempts may be cancelled.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery at the provided address. If the customer is unavailable or refuses to receive the parcel, the order may be returned.

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping returned orders.

Parcel Inspection

Please check the outer packaging before accepting your parcel.

If you notice visible damage, report it immediately to the delivery person and contact our support team.
